Tara Yoga Centre is a unique school of yoga offering traditional esoteric teachings in the complete yoga system. Our purpose is to provide teachings not just in physical techniques, but to include the essential and fundamental theoretical principles behind the yoga system. **Spring Holiday: There are no classes between 24th of April and 11th of May. From 12th of May all classes resume to normal schedule.
* Please note that the Oxford class will return on 8th May.

Students of Tara Centre receive a discount of 10% on yoga clothes and equipment (mats, blocks, neti pots, meditation cushions, etc).
Upcoming Events The Esoteric Group - next meeting - Sunday, 20th of April - 6.30 pm Suryashram
The group is open to all the students of our school who would like to take the spiritual side of their practice a step further. Remember that the evolution in a spiritual group, depending on the individual aspiration, is much faster than the individual evolution.
The esoteric group will meet monthly on the third Sunday of each month.
